Service Description

This meeting is a chance for us to get to know each other properly and for Boulter Mortgages to understand the nuance of your circumstances. You'll speak with a senior mortgage advisor and will leave the meeting with your questions answered and an idea of your lending capacity. Your mortgage advisor will then go away and conduct extensive market research to find the right lender/s for you. Shortly after the meeting you will receive a detailed budget document, including our findings. We'll also include your maximum lending amount, the suitability of the budget we discussed on the call and an idea of what your monthly payments will be based on that days interest rates. We want you to leave the meeting with full confidence so that you can take the next step in your purchase or remortgage journey.
