Financially qualifying potential buyers before offer acceptance is crucial to eliminate wasted time and to provide an elevated service to your seller. Boulter Mortgages will aim to call the buyer within 30-minutes of collecting their details. This small step means that you can present your client with a fully qualified offer, confident that the buyer has the right finances in place to complete their purchase.

Our mortgage clients are at the heart of everything we do. With their permission we can keep a joined up approach with you throughout the buying process.

We will proactively keep you updated throughout the mortgage application process to reduce your risk and give your seller confidence in the sales process, and you as their agent.

Ongoing Reporting and Market Insight

Our professional insights into market movements will allow you to raise your profile with potential buyers and sellers alike.

Once signed up to the Partnership program we'll agree a meeting schedule for updates on cases and the market. We'll highlight changes in interest rates and along with products available and introduced to the market so that you and your team are equipped to give your clients the insights they need early on.

30% Referral Commission

To help you make the most of every contact you make, our partnership program entitles you to a 30% referral commission for every introduction that follows through to completion.

So, not only will you receive the benefit of a succinct qualification process, a seamless sales/financing process and regular education on home finance changes.

You'll also receive an additional revenue stream, even when the buyer buys elsewhere.
